Judy's Tart
Ingredient:
| 1 stick butter | 1 cup of flower |
| 1/2 cup sugar | 1 egg and 1 egg white |
| 1 teaspoon backing powder | apricots |
| Pinch of salt | blue berries |
| 1 Teaspoon Vanilla |
Pre warm oven to 375F
Mix butter and sugar. Add all other ingredients. Place in spring form pan. Fan apricots and blue berries around the pan and sprinkle with 1/3 cup of sugar cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes at 375F.
